Role Overview:

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admission process. You will serve as a point of contact for inquiries, provide information about our programs and services, and assist students in making informed decisions about their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic goals, interests, and aspirations.

2. Providing detailed information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.

3. Assisting students in completing application forms, submitting necessary documents, and navigating the admission process.

4. Addressing inquiries and concerns from students and parents promptly and professionally.

5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the admission process.

6. Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs and information sessions, to promote our institution and attract prospective students.

7. Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions data.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in student counseling or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of educational programs, admission procedures, and career pathways.

- Familiarity with counseling techniques, assessment tools, and student development theories.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
