We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor who will guide prospective students through the admission process, counsel them on suitable courses, and help achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about courses, curriculum, fees, and career prospects
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions
Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
Participate in seminars, webinars, school visits, and education fairs
Provide post-admission support and ensure student satisfaction
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and close admissions
Student-centric and empathetic approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Work Timings:
6 days a week
Flexible shifts may be required during admission season
