Job Description

The Admission Counsellor (Admissions & Marketing) is responsible for counseling prospective students, driving student enrollments, and supporting marketing initiatives to generate and convert leads. The role combines student counseling, sales, and marketing activities to meet enrollment and revenue targets.

Admissions & Counseling

Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes Handle inquiries through calls, emails, social media, walk-ins, and online platforms Guide students through the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments in CRM systems Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure conversion

Marketing & Lead Generation

Support and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to generate admissions leads Promote programs through social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and tele-calling Participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, and promotional events Coordinate with the marketing team on branding, content, and outreach strategies Analyze lead sources and conversion data to improve marketing effectiveness

Sales & Target Management

Achieve monthly and annual admission targets Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments using consultative selling techniques Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions

Pay: ?13,408.70 - ?35,000.00 per month
