Job Summary

Boston Institute of Analytics is seeking a motivated and student-centric

Admission Counsellor

to join our Whitefield (Ramagondanahalli) campus. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the EdTech sector and a strong ability to counsel prospective students, convert leads into enrollments, and deliver an excellent admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students through phone calls, walk-ins, video calls, and emails Understand student needs and recommend suitable analytics, data science, finance, or technology programs Convert leads into admissions by effective follow-ups and relationship building Explain course details, eligibility, fees, batch schedules, and career outcomes clearly Assist students with the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate student data and follow-up status in CRM systems Achieve individual and team admission targets Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students Participate in marketing activities, seminars, and campus events when required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
