Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Counselling
Handle student and parent enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Provide clear and accurate information about available courses (PG-TRB, TET, TNPSC, Polytechnic, Online/Offline coaching).
Counsel students to help them choose the right course based on their academic goals.
Explain course details including fees, syllabus, duration, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain enquiry records, admission forms, and basic student data.
Front Desk Duties (Limited)
Attend to walk-in enquiries and guide visitors through the counselling process.
Maintain a welcoming and professional front-desk environment.
Answer basic informational calls when required.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Ability to clearly explain course details and interact politely with students and parents.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or enquiry handling is an advantage.
