Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, and supporting the admissions process for our online programs.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for admissions into online programs
Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Communicate effectively with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages
Understand student requirements and guide them through the admissions process
Maintain relationships with students and internal stakeholders
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
Update and manage lead data accurately in CRM systems
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong skills in new business development and lead generation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities
Experience in the education industry is an added advantage
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
1-2 years of experience in sales
(preferred)
Graduate
from any discipline
Inside sales role only (No field work)
Experience in any sales domain is acceptable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
