We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to join our growing coaching institute in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses offered by the institute
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Convert inquiries into enrollments by effective follow-ups
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partners
Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for promotions and events
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or education counseling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and close admissions
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Local area knowledge of Bengaluru is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in coaching institutes, ed-tech, or education sales
Comfortable with calling, counseling, and face-to-face interactions
Willingness to work on weekends (with weekly off)
Immediate joiners preferred

Fixed salary of ?30,000 - ?35,000 per month
