IntroductionAn admission counsellor will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition goal and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilitieso Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls andemailso Responsible for student admission and achieve their targetso Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable programo Close sales and achieve quarterly quotaso Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.o Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process andmeetingapplication deadlines.o Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation neededfor theapplication process.o Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissionsrequirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.o Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communicationswithparents of student applicants.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Requirement:o Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships throughconversationso Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.o Proven expertise in converting leads into a saleo Experience working with CRMo Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have.o Strong listening and presentation skills.Graduation in any specialization is mustLocation: WTT Noida Sector 16, NoidaWorking Days: 6 Days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
