Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Counselling
Handle student and parent enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Provide clear and accurate information about various courses (competitive exams, government exams, technical courses, and online/offline coaching).
Counsel students to help them choose suitable courses based on their goals and eligibility.
Explain course details such as fees, syllabus, duration, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain enquiry records, admission forms, and basic student data.
Front Desk Responsibilities (Limited)
Attend to walk-in enquiries and guide visitors through the counselling process.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment.
Answer basic incoming calls and provide initial information when required.
