Make outbound calls to prospective students and promote the institute's courses and company's services.
Provide detailed course and program information to students.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' career goals and suggest suitable courses.
Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain a record of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure seamless handover of interested students.
Handle objections and concerns professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & local language).
Pleasant personality and customer service orientation.
Good computer skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Previous experience in educational counseling is an advantage.
