Job Overview

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for leading the campus admissions process, managing prospective leads, achieving enrolment targets, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead prospecting, counselling, and conversion of admission leads Guide and support the campus admissions team to meet enrolment targets Work closely with the Admissions Head, Marketing, and Academics teams to drive enrolment growth Act as the first point of contact for parents and manage the end-to-end admissions process Plan and conduct admission events such as Open Houses and orientations Track leads from online and offline channels and ensure timely follow-ups Build strong relationships with prospective parents and address their concerns Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven with effective counselling and closing abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with strong organizational skills
