Job Description

Targets & Performance Expectations



Achieve

monthly admission targets

of

X-Y enrollments

(to be defined by the organization). Maintain

lead conversion rate

of

20%-35%

, depending on program type and enquiry source. Make

80-120 counselling calls per day

(inbound + outbound). Ensure

minimum 40-60 follow-ups

daily from active leads. Maintain

accurate CRM updating

with 100% compliance. Participate in

minimum 2-4 outreach activities

per month. Achieve high student satisfaction scores during the counselling process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of admissions, counselling, or sales experience (freshers welcome in some roles).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
