A dedicated Admission Counsellor is required to guide students and parents about available courses and manage basic front?desk responsibilities, including handling walk?in enquiries.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Counselling
Handle all student and parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online).
Provide clear information about courses (PG-TRB, TET, TNPSC, Polytechnic, Online/Offline coaching).
Counsel students to choose the right course based on their goals.
Explain fees, syllabus, duration, and admission steps.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain enquiry records, admission forms, and basic student data.
Front-Desk Duties (Limited)
Attend to walk-in enquiries and guide them through the counselling process.
Maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk.
Answer basic information calls when required.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email).
Ability to explain courses clearly and handle students/parents politely.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
