We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and proactive female Admission Counsellor who can also manage front-desk receptionist responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be able to guide students, handle enquiries, and maintain smooth front-office operations with professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmission Counselling
Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries regarding courses and admission procedures.
Provide detailed counselling to prospective students and parents.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain student databases and update enquiry status regularly.
Assist students throughout the admission process, documentation, and form submission.
Front Desk / Reception Duties
Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth movement within the office.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing reception area cleanliness.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with the academic and admin departments for smooth admission operations.
Support marketing activities, counselling events, and seminars as required.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries and admissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or front desk roles.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM).
Pleasant personality, patience, and student-friendly attitude.
