Position: Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

Connect with students through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain available courses and institutes. Guide students and parents through the complete admission process. Assist students in filling out application forms, registration forms, and documentation requirements. Verify student details and ensure accuracy of submitted documents. Maintain proper follow-up until admission confirmation. Coordinate with colleges/universities for seat availability, admission updates, and guidelines. Counsel students on course suitability based on interests, academic background, and career goals. Maintain daily reports, student records, and lead tracking systems. Convert inquiries into admissions through professional counselling.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Kannada (additional languages preferred). Good counselling, coordination, and form-handling ability. Strong follow-up and student relationship management skills. Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email, CRM tools).

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Female Age: 20-35 Years Education: Graduation in any stream Experience: 1-2 years in Admissions / Counselling / Telecalling

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
