Job Summary:

Sri Edu Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented

Admission Counsellor

with strong communication skills and prior experience working with CBSE institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information, and ensuring smooth enrollment procedures at both ALLEN HSR

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and counselling sessions. Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, CBSE academic structure, and institutional policies. Guide students and parents through the complete admission process. Maintain enquiry and admission records in the system. Follow up with leads, convert enquiries into admissions, and meet monthly admission targets. Coordinate with academic teams and management for smooth onboarding of new students. Organize and support admission-related events such as orientations, campus tours, and parent meetings. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times. Travel to HSR Layout

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline).

2-3 years of experience

as an Admission Counsellor, preferably in a

CBSE school or coaching institution

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation, convincing, and follow-up abilities. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/ERP preferred). Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
