Admissions Officer Responsibilities:
Manage Admission Process: Oversee the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Respond to Inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries from prospective parents and students.
Counsel Parents and Students: Provide guidance and support to parents and students during the admission process.
Entrance Test Management:
Conduct Entrance Tests: Organize and administer entrance tests for prospective students.
Follow-up on Results: Track and follow up on test results, ensuring timely communication with parents and students.
Parent Coordination: Coordinate with parents regarding test schedules, results, and next steps in the admission process.
Process Applications: Review and process admission applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted.
Conduct Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective parents and students to ensure they complete the admission process.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of student applications, admissions, and enrollment.
Collaborate with Staff: Work with teachers, administrators, the accounts department, and other staff members to ensure a smooth admission process.
Communicate with Parents: Keep parents informed about the admission process, deadlines, and requirements.
Develop Admission Materials: Create and update admission brochures, website content, and other promotional materials.
Manage Admission Events: Organize and coordinate admission events, such as open houses and information sessions.
Analyze Admission Data: Track and analyze admission trends, enrollment numbers, and other relevant data.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure the school's admission process complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Admissions Officer Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, or another relevant degree.
1-3 years experience in recruitment would be considered an asset.
Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer.
Professional email and phone communication is required.
