Position Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and customer-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students in understanding our training programs and enrolling in the right course.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students via phone calls, messages, and in-person meetings.

Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities clearly and professionally.

Assess student interests to recommend suitable programs.

Follow up on inquiries and leads to achieve high conversion rates.

Maintain accurate records and update leads in CRM systems.

Address student queries with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support outreach and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in admissions counselling, telesales, or student support roles.

Fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil, and basic Hindi preferred.

Strong interpersonal, persuasive communication, and listening skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
