Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on
school and college admission options
, eligibility, and course offerings.
Handle inquiries via
walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media
; convert leads into successful admissions.
Maintain a deep understanding of
partner schools, colleges, courses, and admission criteria
.
Follow up with potential leads, schedule appointments, and manage the entire admission cycle.
Assist in organizing and attending
education fairs, school visits, and counselling sessions
.
Maintain records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
admission and revenue targets
.
Provide accurate information to students and parents and address their queries promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
Represent the organization professionally at all times, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Education, Business, Psychology, or related field
.
1-3 years of experience
as an Admission Counsellor, Academic Advisor, or in Student Support roles (Education sector preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and local language(s).
Good knowledge of
education systems, admission processes, and school/college networks
.
Ability to handle targets and perform under pressure.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools
.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience working with
educational consultancies, EdTech firms, or schools

Empathetic and approachable personality with good listening skills.
