Admission Counsellor
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to guide parents through the school admission process with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries effectively.
Guide parents through the admission process and provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and programs.
Maintain admission records and follow up with prospective parents.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Achieve admission targets and support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in school admissions, front office, or customer relationship roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
