The Admission Counselor at EuroSchool - HSR will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing information about the school's programs, facilities, and admission requirements. The Counselor will serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, conduct tours of the campus, and assist applicants in completing the necessary documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Process:
Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, including providing information about the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, and admission requirements.
Inquiry Management:
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, or in-person meetings, providing timely and accurate information about the school and its offerings.
Campus Tours:
Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families, showcasing the school's facilities, classrooms, laboratories, and other amenities.
Application Assistance:
Assist applicants in completing the necessary documentation for admission, including application forms, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and any other required materials.
Interviews and Assessments:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, or entrance exams as needed for prospective students, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Follow-Up Communication:
Follow up with prospective students and parents to answer any additional questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the admissions process.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions data in the school's database system, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
Events and Outreach:
Represent the school at admissions events, fairs, and other outreach activities to promote the school's programs and attract prospective students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective students and families.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of educational programs, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate prospective students and families.
