Course Counseling:
Provide detailed information about available courses, including curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits.Lead Validation:
Assess the potential and eligibility of students for specific courses or programs.Follow-up:
Maintain regular contact with interested candidates to address queries and encourage enrollment.Data Management:
Accurately record and update student information and call outcomes in the CRM system.Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from students to improve services and address any concerns.Collaboration:
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align on strategies and targetsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
