Role Overview:

We are looking for an Enrollment / Admission Counsellor to lead and manage the admissions process across our schools. The role will focus on driving student enrollments, ensuring smooth admission procedures, and strengthening our engagement with parents and communities. This position will involve regular travel to different schools and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement admission strategies to increase student enrollments. Manage the entire admissions cycle, from inquiry handling to final enrollment. Build strong relationships with parents, prospective students, and local communities. Conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and admission-related events. Travel to schools and communities to support enrollment campaigns and outreach. Track, analyze, and report enrollment data and trends. Collaborate with school leaders to achieve annual enrollment targets. Support marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance school visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in school admissions, sales, or customer relationship management preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Willingness to travel frequently across different school locations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards clear targets. Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and using digital tools.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
