Job Summary:

SGI Group of Institutions is hiring enthusiastic and dedicated

Admission Counsellors

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in

Marathi, Hindi, and Kannada

, with a passion for guiding students and parents through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and email. Explain courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions. Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and support. Counsel students and parents effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

Proficient in

Marathi, Hindi, and Kannada

(spoken). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM preferred). Prior experience in admissions or counselling is a plus, but not mandatory. Passion for education and student engagement.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday 9:45 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday Off
