Handle inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms related to course offerings and admissions.
Counsel prospective students and their parents on program selection, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
Follow up with leads and maintain a conversion funnel from inquiry to enrollment.
Conduct campus tours and participate in education fairs, webinars, and seminars as needed.
Maintain accurate student records in the admissions database.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.
Provide support during orientation programs and other student engagement activities.
