Job Location: Alephata , Junnar

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end admission process, lead generation, student counselling, cold calling, and enquiry conversions.

Manage telephonic prospects and convert them into walk-in enquiries.

Counsel walk-in prospects and convert them into enrolments as per targets.

Aggressively follow up on pending enquiries for maximum conversion.

Achieve enrolments with minimal or no discounts wherever possible.

Conduct and coordinate promotional activities, presentations, and seminars in colleges/institutes.

Perform competitor visits to track market activities and maintain the RAHITECH advantage.

Manage receivables: collect student fees on time and ensure zero outstanding dues.

Maintain complete and updated records of all telephonic and walk-in enquiries.

Supervise ID card creation for new enrolments before batch commencement.

Achieve conversion targets in a competitive education training market.

Experience - 0-3 Years.
