Admission Counsellor

to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counselling students, explaining courses, converting inquiries into enrollments, and maintaining admission records.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions Conduct career guidance and admission counselling sessions Maintain accurate student records, enquiry logs, and admission data Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission activities Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly admitted students
