Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach out to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students and parents on various courses, eligibility, career paths, and admission procedures.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all programs offered by the institute and keep updated with new offerings.
Follow up with leads generated through online and offline campaigns to convert them into admissions.
Schedule and conduct campus visits, webinars, or counselling sessions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support admission campaigns and events.
Build and nurture relationships with students to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
Strong convincing and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in counselling, tele-calling, or student recruitment is a plus.
Knowledge of education industry trends and career opportunities.
