We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide prospective students through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Engagement:
Communicate with prospective students and their families to provide information about our programs, admissions process, and campus life.
Application Assistance:
Guide students through the application process, including the submission of required documents and forms.
Admissions Interviews:
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the qualifications and fit of prospective students.
Event Coordination:
Organize and participate in admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and their application statuses.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
Outreach:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of applicants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education admissions.
Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
Bilingual or multilingual skills.
