Position Title: Admission c (FTE- Full time Employee) Purpose: To motivate, persuade and counsel prospective students for admissions at right time by giving right information about organisation, courses, batches etc. and completing the fee transaction process. Responsibilities \xe2\x88\x99 To resolve student\xe2\x80\x99s day to day queries received on various platforms like F2F, E-mails, social media, Calls, Student\xe2\x80\x99s ERP \xe2\x88\x99 To motivate, persuade by giving right information on right time to students for admissions \xe2\x88\x99 To coordinate with team members and seniors to complete the task of admission on time. \xe2\x88\x99 To handle student grievances on time and raise happiness index of the same by providing correct information \xe2\x88\x99 Prepare MIS as and when required by Management. Competencies \xe2\x88\x99 Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills \xe2\x88\x99 Mathematical skills for handling transactions \xe2\x88\x99 Adaptable, flexible and fast learner \xe2\x88\x99 Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker \xe2\x88\x99 Ability to work methodically and meet deadline Educational Qualifications \xe2\x88\x99 Graduate Experience \xe2\x88\x99 0-4 years of experience.
