Admission Manager / Centre Head

no certificate or documentation will be issued if the internship is discontinued before 3 months .

Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor Intern will support the admissions team in handling student enquiries, counselling prospective candidates, and coordinating the admission process. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build experience in counselling, communication, and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries through calls, messages, and online leads. Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Conduct follow-up calls to increase conversions and ensure timely closures. Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission formalities. Assist the admissions team with documentation and record keeping. Support marketing activities such as seminars, outreach events, and promotional campaigns. Provide timely reports to the Admission Manager on daily activities and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Confidence in interacting with students and parents. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle tasks independently.
