Engage with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound inquiries -- walk-ins, phone calls, emails and online leads.
Provide detailed information on DBS Global University programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and career pathways.
Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support informed decision-making.
Understand students' aspirations and recommend appropriate programs.
Admissions Process & Conversion
Guide applicants through the admission process -- from inquiry to application submission and follow-up.
Achieve monthly and annual enrollment conversion targets.
Schedule interviews and assessments when applicable.
Maintain accurate inquiry, application and follow-up records using CRM/MIS tools.
Outreach & Representation
Participate in university-led admission drives, school/college visits, open houses and career fairs.
Represent the university at education events and build rapport with prospective student communities.
Work closely with marketing teams and university departments to support recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain updated records of interactions, leads and outcomes in CRM or student information systems.
Report on key metrics such as inquiries, counseling sessions, applications, and conversions.
Collaborate with admission managers and senior staff to refine strategies.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Management, Communication, or related fields).
Master's degree is a plus.
