About Masters' Union:
Masters' Union is a new-age business school based in Gurugram, reinventing business education by bringing industry leaders and practitioners into the classroom. Our flagship Post Graduate Programme in Technology and Business Management (PGP TBM) has consistently outperformed traditional B-Schools in India on both placement and entrepreneurship outcomes.
While top recruiters like Amazon, Microsoft, BCG, Bain, and Razorpay hire our graduates, entrepreneurship is equally core to our mission. In the 2024 cohort, 15 student teams continued building the startups they launched during the programme. Students also generated over ?3.3 crore in dropshipping revenue, co-managed a ?5 crore investment fund, pitched to over 100+ VCs and angels, secured seed funding, and saw their ventures featured on Shark Tank India.
Our industry-driven approach, hands-on learning experiences, and focus on leadership, technology, and entrepreneurship make Masters' Union one of India's most innovative business schools.

Host info sessions, webinars, and 1:1 counselling sessions to drive applications.
Travel as required to different cities for events, outreach sessions, or candidate meetings.
2. Admissions Process Management -
Manage and track your pipeline of leads using CRM tools to ensure timely outreach and consistent engagement.
Assist candidates through the entire admissions lifecycle--from initial inquiry to application submission, interview scheduling, and final decision communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and candidate statuses.
3. Performance & Insights -
Monthly and quarterly targets for applications and enrolments.
Share insights on candidate feedback, FAQs, and trends to help refine marketing and outreach strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing, events, and programme teams to ensure cohesive communication and brand consistency.
Ideal Profile:
Experience: 1-3 years in admissions counselling, inside sales, academic counselling, or customer-facing roles. Prior experience in higher education, test-prep, or EdTech is a plus.
