*Position Title: Admission Counsellor

Reports to: Principal/ Marketing Head

Location: Sector 69, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary:

*The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process. This includes providing information about the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, admission requirements, and application procedures. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience to all applicants, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring smooth transitions from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and provide information about the school and admissions. Assist with applications, enrolment, and documentation. Conduct campus tours and participate in admission events. Maintain prospective student databases and follow-ups. Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in admissions or counselling (preferably in education). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Success Metrics:

Meeting enrolment targets and deadlines. Positive feedback from prospective students and parents.
