Job Description

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and student-centric Admission Counsellor who can effectively guide parents and students through the admission process and represent the school professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all admission-related inquiries from parents and guardians Counsel parents and students about the school's curriculum, facilities, and academic programs Provide accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure Conduct school campus tours and explain school infrastructure and facilities Maintain and follow up on admission leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admissions. Maintain admission records, documentation, and student data Support marketing activities such as open houses, school events, and admission campaigns .Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a pleasant admission experience .Achieve admission targets as assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor

Experience in school admissions will be an added advantage

Good knowledge of school systems and processes

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred).

Strong counselling and convincing abilities.

Pleasant personality with a professional approach.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP software.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
