Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred background in Marketing or Education Management)
Experience:
Minimum 2-7 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or front office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle admission inquiries and provide detailed information about school programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
Coordinate and manage the entire admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
Maintain prospective student databases and follow up with leads.
Conduct school tours and counselling sessions for parents and students.
Support marketing and outreach activities such as open houses, exhibitions, and school events.
Ensure excellent parent relationship management and communication.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pleasant personality with a student- and parent-friendly approach.
