Responsibilites:-
Meet prospective parents, handle all their queries, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Manage CRM (Salesforce) reports and maintain accurate data records.
Develop and implement marketing strategies in coordination with regional and head office teams.
Achieve monthly admission targets consistently.
Conduct withdrawal follow-ups to understand reasons and reduce attrition.
Collect, organize, and manage enquiry data based on age groups and other parameters.
Be comfortable traveling within the city to other centers if needed
Candidates Profile:-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Tally preferred.
3-5 years of experience in admission counselling (preferably from a preschool, activity centre, or school).
Strong understanding of the education sector is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, ethical, adaptable, and a strong team player.
Open to travel locally as per business needs.
