Salary

:

CTC

: ₹50,000/month

In-hand (after deductions)

: approx. ?45,000/month

Job Purpose:

To follow up with potential parents and help convert them into admissions for Footprints Preschool and Daycare.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle

incoming calls and WhatsApp messages

from parents

Make

outbound calls to leads

assigned via the system

Share relevant information about the preschool/daycare services

Understand and pre-qualify leads

(location, interest, profile, etc.)

Schedule and follow up

on visits to the centre

Document all call interactions and follow-ups in the system (CRM)

Ensure

timely and consistent follow-up

for admissions

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Saturdays

:

o Work on

2 Saturdays a month

o Get

2 Saturdays off

Qualifications & Skills:

Education

: Graduate (minimum)

Experience

: At least

1 year in customer service or sales

Skills Required

:

o Excellent

spoken and written communication

Active listening

o Basic

computer knowledge

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
