Boston College, Madurai is looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Admission Counsellor Head

to lead our admissions and student enquiry conversions. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage admission targets and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

? Handle student walk-ins, enquiries, and counselling sessions
? Guide students on course details, admission process, and career paths
? Manage and lead the counselling team and support admission activities
? Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
? Achieve monthly admission targets and reporting updates
? Coordinate with marketing and academic departments
? Maintain records, documentation, and database management

Required Experience

? 3-5 years of experience in

sales / counselling / front-office conversions

? Experience in education industry preferred (not mandatory)
? Strong persuasion and closing skills
? Confident communication in Tamil & English
