Key Responsibilities
Counsel parents and students regarding school admissions
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads
Explain school curriculum, facilities, and policies clearly
Coordinate admission process from enquiry to enrollment
Maintain accurate and confidential student records
Follow up with prospective parents to close admissions
Work closely with academic and administrative teams
Participate in admission drives, events, and school promotions
Prepare basic reports using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during admission season
High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Prior experience in school admissions or counselling is preferred
Experience
1-3 years preferred
