Explain the
application process, documentation, and timelines
Assist students in filling application forms
Coordinate entrance exams, interviews, and counseling rounds
Support fee payment and enrollment formalities
4. Parent Interaction
Counsel parents regarding
academic quality, placements, infrastructure, and safety
Resolve concerns related to fees, ROI, hostel, and transport
5. Marketing & Outreach Support
Participate in
education fairs, school visits, seminars, and open days
Support digital campaigns by responding to online leads
Promote college brand, rankings, and achievements
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with
academic departments, marketing, finance, and hostel teams
Share admission reports and conversion metrics with management
7. Documentation & Reporting
Verify and collect student documents
Maintain accurate admission records
Prepare daily/weekly admission reports
