Provide detailed information about courses, admission process, eligibility, and career outcomes.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and academic background.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.
Participate in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and marketing activities.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets set by the institution.
Assist in documentation, form filling, and verifying student details.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive rapport with students and parents.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and admission software (preferred).
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Qualification:
Graduation or Post Graduation (Any stream)
Additional certification in counseling or education management is an advantage.
