We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey with Lightbeam Classes.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive information to prospective students about Lightbeam Classes' programs, courses, and admission requirements. Guide students through the admissions process, including assisting with application forms, documentation, and payment procedures. Conduct virtual consultations and presentations to prospective students and their parents/guardians. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents/guardians to understand their needs and address any concerns. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in educational policies to effectively advise students.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in virtual communication tools and platforms. Passion for education and commitment to student success.
