About the Role

We are looking for a

young, dynamic graduate

from Jalandhar city to join our team as an

Admission Counsellor

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and computer skills, with a passion for guiding students and handling clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and counsel students regarding admission processes and opportunities. Handle client queries and provide accurate information with professionalism. Manage student data and maintain proper documentation in computer systems. Draft letters, reports, and other documents as required. Ensure smooth client interaction in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. Organize and maintain digital folders and records systematically.

Requirements

Graduate (any discipline).

Computer proficiency is a must

, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows operations, and data management. Strong communication skills in

English, Punjabi, and Hindi

. Ability to handle clients confidently and deal with queries effectively. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
