Job Summary

IIHM Ahmedabad is seeking an empathetic, articulate, and goal-driven

Admission Counsellor

to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The role focuses on counselling, lead conversion, and supporting enrolment targets while maintaining high standards of student engagement and service.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents about IIHM programs, career paths, and admission procedures Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, online inquiries, and lead follow-ups Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counselling and relationship-building Maintain accurate admission data, follow-up records, and student documentation Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and outreach activities Participate in school/college visits, seminars, open houses, and education fairs Support registration, application, and onboarding processes Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission reports

Basic Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline 1-2 years of experience in admission counselling, student services, or education sales preferred Freshers with strong communication and counselling skills may also apply Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (if applicable) Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
