Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and admission procedures.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
Explain course details, fee structures, and career opportunities to students.
Guide students through application, enrollment, and documentation steps.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve admission targets set by the management.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments when required.
Participate in promotional events, seminars, and school/college visits.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education sector is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to convince and build rapport with students and parents.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM, data handling).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
