Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding parents and students through the school admission process, handling enquiries, conducting campus tours, explaining academic programs, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new students. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a customer-friendly approach.
Respond to admission enquiries via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Provide detailed information about school programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Maintain a record of all enquiries in the admission register/CRM.
Assist parents in completing admission forms and documentation.
Coordinate student assessments, interviews, and interaction sessions with academic coordinators.
Ensure timely communication of results and next steps.
Maintain accurate data of applications, admissions, and waiting lists.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of admission records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admission reports for management review.
Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
