Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide prospective students regarding university programs, courses, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct student interviews, admission counseling sessions, and follow-ups to ensure successful enrollment.
Assist students in completing application forms, collecting required documents, and guiding them through the admission process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and applications in the university database.
Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams to support admission activities.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, career fairs, and outreach programs to promote the university.
Achieve admission targets while ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred: Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
Prior experience as an Admission Counsellor or in student recruitment/academic counseling (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/admission software is an advantage.
