Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students.
Provide clear and accurate information about the school's IB programmes (PYP, MYP, DP), facilities, values, and culture.
Conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and admission interviews.
Support the applicant assessment process in collaboration with academic staff.
Coordinate and manage the application process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, conversions, and admissions using school CRM or ERP systems.
Assist families with documentation, fee details, and onboarding after admission confirmation.
Participate in open houses, community events, and outreach activities to promote the school.
Liaise with the marketing team to support admissions campaigns and events.
Meet or exceed admission targets and KPIs set by school leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Education, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
in admissions, academic counselling, or client-facing roles (preferably in an IB or international school setting).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
Knowledge or understanding of the IB curriculum and international education landscape.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/school ERP systems.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
