Role Overview

This hybrid role involves:

Admissions & Inquiries - 60% Educator Support - 10% Recruitment & Administration - 30%

Admission Responsbilities

Manage end-to-end inquiry and admission processes Handling end to end calls Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective parents and students Use storytelling to communicate the school's unique vision and approach to allure customers.

Recruitment & Administration:

Coordinate interview scheduling and screening. Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs. Handle general administrative tasks.

Educator Support:

Assist with educational activities in the multi-age learning environment

Note:

This role requires in-person work at our Adambakkam branch and nearby branches if required.

Compensation

-Base salary with incentives per admission Enrollment
